[Per Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Nov. 21. In the case against Mrs Sayer, of Masterton, charged with malpractice, the jury were locked up all night, being unable to agree, and this morning were discharged. A new trial is ordered for Friday. The steamer Hesketh, which has been chartered by the Blackball Coal Company for the past two years, has now been purchased by the Company, and will run in conjunction with the Company’s new steamer The Breeze.
