MEDICAL CONGRESS.

The members of the New Zealand Medical Association attending the Medical Congress visited tha sewage farm at New Brighton yesterday. They were shown over the farm by Messrs Deans (chairman of the Drainage Board) and B. Cathberfc (engineer to the Board), Among those present were the Mayor of Christchurch and Dr Julius, Bishop of Christchurch. A Meeting of the Council was held at 3.30 p.m. Dr Jennings, president, occupied the chair, and there was a full attendance of members. Drs Jennings, Thomas and MurrayAynsley were appointed to revise tho rules of the Association and report to Congress at the next session. Dr Mutray-Aynaley was appointed permanent secretary. A vote of thanks was passed to the Premier for tie use of the Provincial Council Chamber. The Congress then closed.
