Webb, Clerk to the New South Wales Legislative Assembly. The following additional honours are announced: —Knight Bachelor, Mr Fielding Clarke. Puisne Judge, Hong Kong ; Baronet, Right Hon Sir Edward Fry; K.0.M.G., Messrs Thomas Roe and D. H. M’Farlane, M.P.’b; Commander of the Bath, Hon Robert Meade; C.M.G.’s, Messrs Lockyer and Preece; Sir Mortimer Durand has been created Commander of the Order of the Star of India,

The Standard alleges that there is approval of the unanimity of the invitation to the Duke of York to visit the colonies, and Strongly urges acceptance, if not now, perhaps in 1895.
