In that circular I stated explicitly and without reserve, my opinion on the principal questions of the day. I now wish to state that I intend to address the Electors, in various parts of the District, before, or shortly after the close of the present session of Parliament, and that it is my fixed determination to go to the Poll, no matter who may he the opposing Candidates.
