The firemen and drivers employed on the Great Southern and "Western Eailway, Ireland, will not strike unless the military intervene. The Directors have decided that if the men apologise and return to work, they will give full consideration to their alleged grievances. Archbishop Walsh is acting as mediator between tho employers and the men. FABIS, April 29. Two Italians, recent arrivals here, have been advising the soldiers to shoot their officers if they ordered them to charge the people at the labour celebrations on Thursday. HOME. April 29. Most of the shops in the city are closed. The authorities have forbidden meetings and processions iu connection with the labour demonstration.
MADRID, April 29. A grand procession of members of various trades will ba held here on Thursday. BRUSSELS, April 29, The labour demonstration in Belgium will be carried out on a large scale. Over 200,000 workmen will taka part in the procession. PARIS, April 29. At Lyons, arrests have been made of several persona whom the authorities suspected intend to take part in a dynamite plot at the labour demonstration on Thursday. [Received May 1, at 1.20 a.m,] PARIS, April 30. Tho Marquis Mores has been arrested in tbis city, on the charge of inciting tho army to join the Anarchists, Numerous Anarchists, including M. Provost, Secretary of the Parisian Trades Union, have been arrested, as it is believed they intended to dynamite financiers’ houses to-morrow. Pifty thousand troops are stationed in Paris, to preserve order on the occasion of tho labour demonstration. VIENNA, April 30. A serious conflict has taken place between rioters in Moravia and the military. Many of the former were wounded. BUDA-PESTH, April 30. Strikes of enormous extent are occurring throughout Hungary.:
