(Pbb Peess Association.] AUCKLAND, Sept. 19. To-day Mr W. Barton, Manager of the Colonial Bank, who is about to leave for Dunedin, received an illuminated address from the officers of the Bank, congratulating him oh his promotion to the managership pro tern of the head office. Mr Barton has also been given a complimentary dinner by the members of the Northern Club.
