THE DUNEDIN TRAMWAY CASE.
[Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, Sept. 19. At t!:o Police Court to-day W. A. Young was fined X 5 each on two charges of using tlie rails of the Tramway Company, and having a conveyance with the gauge of all its wheels neatly corresponding with the gauge of the tramway. Costs in the cases came to £2 11s and X2 3s. A number of other changes wove adjourned for a month to see if the practice was discontinued.
