The Tongariro arrived from London and Hobart this evening. She left Plymouth at 1.30 a.m. on Feb. 12, and reached Madeira at 5 a.m. on Feb. 16. Left again at noon, and had moderate and fine weather, but ea nearing the Cape a fog came on, and the steamer was delayed two hours. She reached the Capa at 1.43 p.m. on March 3, her steaming time being 18 days 16 hours. Lett again Bt 7 p.m. the same day, and arrived at Hobart at X

pm. on March 22. Left again at 6.30 pm„ and had fine weather to her arrival. Total time occupied on voyage. 42 d"a 3 hours 10 minutes; total steaming, 40 days 18 ho j. s 37 minutes. DEPARTURE OF THE KAIKOURA. Wellington, Aprils.Sailed—E.M S. Kaikoura, Captain Crutchley, for London, at 6 p.m. to-day. ARRIVAL OF THE ARAWA. Wellington, April 11. The Arawa arrived from L'-ndon, via the Cape and Hobart. She had fi ue weath -it and an uneventful passage. She brings about 200 immigrants for all ports of New Zealand. An extensive robbery of valuables, in the second saloon, took place on the voyage out, and an. arreat was made* at Hobart ot the suspected person. She left London on Feb. 24 with 164 passengers—6s first, 82 second, and '7 third. She embarked at Plymouth 200 immigrants, and left again on Feb. 20.
