DRAINAGE BOARD.

A special meeting of the Christchurch ; District Drainage Board was held at 8 p.nu ■yesterday, when a resolution striking a rate of |d in the £ for Christchurch Ifor the year ending Dec. 31, 1886, was rconfirmed.
