Tho prize-firing in connection with the i corps of Engineer Cadets took place yesterday i at the Cashmere range, the firing party being i in charge of Staff Sergeant Morgan. As will i bo seen from tho subjoined scores of the six - highest competitors, the shooting was by no - means good. The averages are considerably i- below those of last year, as may be inferred i from the fact that Buder then stood third ; with 24 points, while yesterday he took 1 second prize with only 17 points. The . prizes were—£2 for the first, £1 for the second, and ids each for the remaining four;— .
