Friday, Oot. 3. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Johnston.) IN CHAMBERS. BE DEBTORS’ AND ACT AND BE JOHN ADAMS. Mr Thomas, on behalf of Mr Izard, obtained an order of discharge of debtor. BB DBBTOBS’ AND OBEDITOBS* ACT AND BB MAURICE ROACH. Mr Thomas, for Mr Izftrd, obtained a similar order in this case. BB DBBTOBS’ AND CBBDITOBS’ ACT AND BB J. H. TASS AND W. STBINGEB. Mr Garrick applied for a similar order in this case. He stated that double trustees had been appointed, and the Chairman had given a certificate. His Honor said the appointment of the two trustees must be taken for vbat it was worth, but directed the application to be postponed. BB Will OF WIIIIAM INCAS. Mr Bamford applied for an order granting leave to issue probate to Charles John Merton and Bichard Tout, as the executors named in the said will. The application was granted as prayed, on the usual terms. BE GOODS or JOHN HOLUBS, DECEASED. Mr Garrick applied for an order granting leave to issue letters of '■ administration to Elizabeth Holmes, as widow of said deceased, until the last will and testament of the deceased be transmitted to this country - , and the executor named therein shall apply for or renounce probate thereof. The case had been previously postponed for further affidavits. These were now produced from the adult children by themselves, and the children* under age by their guardian consenting to the application. His Honor granted the application as. prayed, and until further order from the Court. IHBOBAID T. STUDHOIME. This was an application for fixing the trial at Timaru.. Mr Cotterill informed His Honor that he was instructed to ask for an adjournment, as it was now intended to ask that the venue might be changed to Christchurch. His Honor consented to postpone the application to next Friday. BE GOODS OF SYDNEY DOWDKN, DECEASED. Mr Thomas applied for letters of administration to issue to Mary Ann Bowden, widow of deceased. The application was granted as prayed. ,
