Re Christopher Leach, Deceased, In this matter, application was to have been made for leave to issue probate. 'Hie Registrar stated that Mr Duncan was unable to attend ; and the application was ordered to stand over until Friday next. His Honor made the order as prayed, nnd fixed the meeting of creditors to take place at the Registrar's Chamber, on Wednesday, the 23d December, at 11 o'clock. RE WILLIAM nBNRT M'KELLOW. Dr Foster said he appeared as counsel in tins matter. He was accepting no fees, but lie had promised to a«k for the order. The debtor was confined to his bed through illnets. His Honor made the order of adjudication as prayed, and fixed the meeting of creditors to take place at the Registrar's Chamber, on Wednesday, the 23rd of December, at 12 ocloek. RE HENRT DODD. Mr Slater applied for an order fixing the date of last examination and discharge. In this case no meeting of creditors had taken place, and the property consequently vested in the provisional trustee, according to the provision! of the amended Bankruptcy Act. His Honor made the order, fixing the last examination for Thursday, the 4th February.
ORDER OF SUMMONS. Debtors and Creditors Acts and re Joseph Hoppe, debtor, and re plaint in County Court, Melbourne, re Henecke and another v. Hoppe. ■tins was an application by Mr Slater for an order of summons for the Registrar to attend before the Commissioners named, and produce the proceedings in the case of the insolvency of Joseph Hoppe.
