IMPOUNDED, August 26, from Kiccarton, 1 one Dark Brown MARE, about 15 hands high, star on forehead, a little white snip on snout, got shoes on, Branded like 112 on off side under saddle, and like H on near shoulder, a Bay Filly FOAL at foot; if the same he not released within 21 days from the aboTe date, wlil be sold. Also on the 24th of August from Heathstoek Station : One bay MARE and FOAL, indistinctly branded on near shoulder, white face and hind legs white, slightly saddle marked. The foal answers the same description, but has no brand marks visible. If not released within twenty-one (21) clear days from date of impounding, will be sold to defray expenses.
