The total amount of sale was upwards of £2000. Messrs. Burnell, Bennett, and Sprot sold the freehold estate known as Chippenham Lodge, consisting of 25 acres of meaaow land, with a six-roomed brick cottage and outbuildat St. Albans', near Christchurch. The price realised was £1400.
