Colonel Young,; who addressed the recipients in the following words on parade:—"ln the absence of Colonel Wyatt, commanding.the Begiment, it becomes my pleating duty to present to each of you a medal for long and faithful service; wear them with pride and honor to yourselves, and in after life, when you have retired from Her Majesty's service, Met your medal* remind you of your long service in the 65t& Begi" — Ibid.
