BUILDING LAND IN LYTTELTON. 'pO be Sold by Auction (early in January) -1- of which due notice will be given, by Mr. Alport,—Eighteen Quarter- Acre Plots in the most eligible parts of the West-end of Lyttelton, some of them fronting upon the Governor's Bay road, and all having extensive views of the harbour and town, within five minutes wnlk of the Bank. These plots are conveniently situated for supply of the red building stone, which_ crops out upon some of the sections, and are in the immediate vicinity of the projected deep-water landing place near Battery Point. The Rams will for a few days be depastured in Mr. Le Cren's paddock, Dampier's Bay, Lyttelton; and further particulars can be obtained from Mr. Parkinson, London-street; or Messrs.
