The Ba.tti,e-Ground of the Futuee. —The ministers have selected the " battleground," and are preparing themselves for the coming struggle. It is clear from the announcement of their organ, that they have resolved to bid high for a continuance in office. Their Electoral Reform Bill is to be their car of trirumph through another session, or the platfo.m on which they will appeal to the country It would be premature to enter into any discussion of the promised measure on the shadowy ground yet revealed to us. The bill itself will probably be made public before the meeting of parliament.— Empire.
