The Berlin correspondent of the * Times' states that a number of labourers in East ■ Prussia have been- engaged by the Bussian Government for a term of three years, to be employed in the rebuilding of Sebastopol, at the wages of three shillings a day." Those -who ■ are -married are to be allowed to^ visit their families twice a year. " v
