HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified for public information that the upset price of the Eastern and Southern portions of the Christehurch Town Reserves, will, from and after the date hereof, be Fifty-Two Pounds sterling per acre, the additional two pounds per acre being required to provide a fund for the effectual draining of that portion of the Estate. A map of the Town of Timara may also be seen at the Survey Office, Talbot Forest. Persons wishing to have sections put np to auction on the above day must apply to the Waste Lands Board, on or before the 29th December, 1856, and pay to the Treasurer a Deposit ,of 10 per cent, of the upset price.
