WHEREAS it has been represented to the -Commissioners of the Waste Lauds Board that parties are unlawfully cutting timber on Bonks' Peninsula, Talbot and Hw<rwood forests, and other parts of the province, NOTICE is kehehy given, that any person found cutting timber on any of the Waste lands of the Crown, without a license previously obtained,' from this Board, will be proceeded against in pursuance of the Regulations now in force within this province.
