Bannister in a certain Lease of a Quarter-acre Section of Town Land, being No. 5, fronting upon Norwich Quay, in Lyttelton aforesaid, with the Messuage or Dwelling House, Shop, and other Buildings thereon, now in the occupation of Mrs. W. Bannister and Mr. James Rule. The Lease is held for a certain term of 21 years from the Ist day of January, 1552, and will be sold subject, to the rent 'of £75 per annum, to the arrears of rent now due in respect thereof, and to the covenants therein expressed and implied.
