Bowden, Henry Onslow, post.and telegraph cadet, Queenstown. tox, William George, groom, Pembroke. Hanton, John, ploughman, Ayrburn, Ar row town. Humphrey, George Robertson, Makarora. Jury, James, ploughman, Garston. Walter Allan, farmer, Gibbston Mcßride, Daniel Patrick, laborer, Queenstown. McMullan, Hugh, farmer, Arthur's Point. McNeill, James, laborer, Pembroke. McNeill, Walter, station manager. Cattle' ' Flat, Pembroke. Meadows, Edward, shepherd, Queenstown • Miller, James William, station manager. Coronet Peak Station, Queenstown. Overton, Oliver, coal merchant, Queenstown. Overton, William Harold, coal merchant, Queenstown. Resta, Antonio, agriculturist, Gibbston. Ross, Hugh, shepherd, Glenorchy. It was a double ballot, the fourth and fifth ballots beiug taken together—in order to facilitate the work., of the Appeal Boards The total number called to the colours by these two ballots is, we understand, somewhere between 7,000 and 8,000
