PRESIDENT M'KINLEY.
WASHINGTON, September 12
President M'Kinley is assimilating an increased quantity of food. He continues to gain strength. The President passed the best night he has had since he was shot. There is no trace of blood poisoning. The police are baffled, and unable to develop the plot theory. Czolgosz has declared that the headquarters of Anarchism are in Chicago, Alleghamy, Patterson. St. Louis, Cleveland, and Buffalo.
