THE PHILIPPINES.
News from the East is to the effect that the inhabitants of Mindoro and Marinduque, in the Philippines, are starving. Bunds of robbers are plundering the towns, and many Spaniards and Filipinos have been treacherously murdend. Sir Miguel Calivera, a wealthy merchant, was buried alive and his son murdered over his grave.
