Wedding.
A very pretty wedding took place at Arrow.town, yesterday, when My W. Stephenson, of Stephenson Brothers, Crown. I’errace, and. Miss Catherine Pritchard; niece of Mr E.; Pritchard, of this town, were united in,the bonds of, holy, matrimpny by the* Rev. Mr Cotes. The church, was,filled with friends,and acquaintances to.witness the.ceremony. The bride, who looked very nice, was dressed in white nun’s veiling trimmed- with lace, with .the usual, wreath and veil, and. the bridesmaid, Miss Pritchard (sister of the bride), wore a slate nun’s veiling and a pretty white picture hat. After,-th? wedding breakfast, which was held at Mr R. Pritchard’s, the happy couple with a number of: friends, left dmid showers of rice in Mr J. L. Jopp’s drag and five greys, for Queenstown, Mr and Mrs Stephenson leave Queenstown to-day for Christchurch, where they intend spending their honeymoon.
