Ordered out, apd the coolness of the captain &nd officers prevented ev en disorder. With - in4ominntes all, exceptingthe captain and mate, were landed at the pilot station, where they were cared for till taken off by the Enid. The saloon passengers’ luggage was got out, but those in the steerage lost everything. Many escaped in their night clothes. The cargo is floating about. Mrs Krimson, stewardess, displayed great heroism, and was one of the last to leave. She had a severely sprained ankle, but, notwithstanding, worked on, and after all danger was past encouraged and attended to the wants of the passengers, The Glanworth is a total yvreck.
