WARDEN’S COURT.
Before H. A. Stratford, Esq., Warden. Monday, October 14th. An application for a residence area by William Cox at Bush Creek was struck out. An application for a residence area by George Bowler at Arrow Flat was granted. An application for a residence area by Sanderson Shields at Twelve-mile Creek was struck out. The Defiance, Alliance, and General Havelock mining lease applications were adjourned to the 11th November. Ihe agricultural lease applications of J. Kerin, P. Kerin, and T. Mathieson were sojourned to the 11th November, The agricultural lease application of Ewen Duncan was adjourned to the 28th inst. Wright v. M’Corvie—Complaint of neglect to renew a water-race license. Fined Is and costs 10s, in lieu of forfeiture. Harbottle v. Ah Chin and Ah Chu.— Complaint of interfering with headrace. No appearance of either paHv f case struck out.
