According (o a despatch to the New York Morning News, dated 24th September, the correspondent of a wellknown American newspaper had eloped from London with the young wife of an English nobleman, and they are believed to have taken passage for the Australian Colonies. The curious part of (he affair is that the journalist is old enough to be the father of the lady. The names are made public.
