ROTORUA TOURNAMENT. TE KUITI RINK PARTICIPATES. The Te Kuiti rinks playing in the Rotorua Bowling Club’s open pairs tournament on Thursday failed to qualify for the post section play on Friday. The following were the results of the play where the Te Kuiti rink was concerned on Thursday: — Section A. Ninth Round.—Leamington (Francis) 20 v. Auckland Transport (Liddle) 16; West End (Needham) 23 v. Te Kuiti (Portman) 20. Tenth Round. —Te Kuiti 27 v. Rotorua (Grey) 24; West End 18 v. Leamington 17. Eleventh Round. —Ellerslie 20 v. Te Kuiti 14; Rotorua (Grey) 21 v. Leamington 20.
