WIN FOR ST. ANDREW'S CLUB. Playing in Te Kuiti on Saturday in the first match of the T.O.H. Union competition, the St. Andrew's Tennis Club (Te Kuiti) defeated the Otorohanga Presbyterian Tennis Club's B team by 15 sets to 9. The following are the results, Te Kuiti players being mentioned first in each instance:— Ladies' Singles.—Mrs. Wilson lost to Mrs. Leigh, o—6; Miss Henderson lost to Mrs. Payne, 2—6; Miss Oliver beat Mrs. Robinson, 6—4; Miss Smith beat Mrs. Tristram, 6—4; Miss Walker beat Miss Burrell, 6—l; Miss Douglas beat Miss Dowd, 6—4. Ladies' Doubles.—Mrs. Wilson and Miss Henderson lost to Mrs. Leigh and Mrs. Tristram, 5—6; Misses Oliver and Smith beat Mrs Payne and Mrs. Robinson, 6—3; Misses Walker and Douglas beat Miss Burrell and Dowd, 6—l.
