RAMSAY MACDONALD'S FATE. MIRACLE IF SEAT RETAINED. (Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 12.20 p.m.) London, November 11. The Manchester Guardian's special corespondent accompanying Mr. Ramsay MacDonald in his Seaham campaign, says it will be a miracle if Mr. MacDonalds holds his seat. Some tipsters give Mr. Shinwell a majority of 10,000, while more cautious Labour estimates place his majority at 3000.
