WAITOMO ELECTRIC POWER BOARD. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waitomo Electric Power Board held at its Offices, King Street, Te Kuiti, on Wednesday, the 28th day of March, 1934, the following Special March, 1934, at 7.30 p.m., the following Special Resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the said Board to be held on Monday, the 16th day of April, 1934, at 3 p.m. "In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33, and by the Waitomo Electric Power Boards Loan Conversion Order, 1934, of the 13th day of March, 1934, the Waitomo Electric Power Board hereby resolves to issue new securities in conversion of the securities existing in respect of—

(1) The Special Loan of £62,200 maturing the Ist August, 1945, being part of the Waitomo Electric Power Boarjl Loan of £70,000.

(2) The Electric Light Loan (raised by the Te Kuiti Borough Council) of £7035, maturing the Ist September, 1948.

(3) The Electric Light Loan (raised by the Te Kuiti Borough Council) Supplementary of £7OO, maturing the Ist September, 1948.

(4) The Special Loan of £15,000 maturing- the Ist September, 1964, being- part of the Keticulation, Offices and Showrooms Loan, 1927, of £20,000.

(5) The Special Loan of £SOOO maturing the Ist September, 1964, being part of the Reticulation, Offices and Showrooms Loan, 1927,.0f £20,000.

(6) The Special Loan of £IOOO maturing the 18th August, 1950, being part of the Supplementary Loan, 1930, of £2OOO.

(7) The Special Loan of £IOOO maturing- the 15th September, 1950, being- part of the Supplementary Loan, 1930, of £2OOO.

Such new securities to be issued in accordance with the terms, stipulations and provisions contained in the Waitomo Electric Power Board Loans Conversion Order, 1934, of the 13th day of March, 1934, as published in the N.Z. Gazette No. 17 of the 22nd March, 1934." (A Copy of this Order-in-Council may be inspected at the Offices of the Board during office hours.) Dated at Te Kuiti this 29th day of March, 1934.
