In finding a verdict of suicide whilst of unsound mind, the Coroner commented on the sad ending of the brilliant career of Miss Jean Marjorie Graham Alexander, aged 43, who was -found at Wymering Mansions, Maida Vale, with her head in a gas oven covered with an eiderdown quilt. > .xt Deceased spent six years in New Zealand looking after the Fotheringham family. Mr. Fotheringham came to Paris where he died. Miss Alexander suffered much from depression. She was First Tripos at Cambridge University and a Master of Arts.
