A CORRECTION.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —In reading the report of the Government Commission with reference to deteriorated lands in the King Country, I find that your reporter had erttirejly misunderstood my evidence with respect to my property. What I did say was solely 'confined to my hill eosantry. In yolur report of the 29th ult,, my evidence would seem tu apply to the whole of my 362 acres, whereas 'tins is not so. I must ask you to correct the report as the hill country was alone concerned.—l am, etc., W. FINDLAY.
