TWENTY INSURGENTS EXECUTED (Press Association.—Copyright.) Reval, December 2. The Government casualties in yesterday's fighting were 11 killed, including five officers and three cadets. Twenty-two were wounded, including three officers and 10 cadets. Twenty of the insurgents have been executed. The rebels killed the employees at the railway station, also captured a party of officers, whose clothes were torn off as a preliminary to beingshot.
