Anolhrr official scheme is afoot Jo ensure us having a plentiful supply of the risht sort or horses if they are ever wanted again for a big an English paper. There are 50,000 selected army horses to be loaned to anyone who will apply for tbem. For these horses £7 10s per annum Is to be paid by farmers and others, but this covers all veterinary attendance and veterinary medicines and appliances. The horses will be delivered carriage free, ami at the end or six years will become Hie property of the lessee. There is a condition that any horse so loaned may be required for 16 days' -trrvic; iu the anny manoeuvres every year.
