COMMERCIAL.
ANTWERP WOOL SALES. Antwerp. Wednesday. At the wool sales there was a poor demand. Pine merinop and crossbreds receded 5 to 10 centimes, medium coarse fell 15 to 20. Of 3321 bales fom La Plata, 1423 were sold.
COMMONWEALTH SALES.
Sydney, Thursday. During the first half of the current wool season the sales in the Commonwealth totalled 1,180 869 bales, as compared with 1,081,721 for the same period in 1912.
JOHNSONVILLE STOCK SALES.
Johnsonville, Thursday. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on th°ir Jofanosnville sale as followß: —On Wednesday, we had a fflir yarding of both Bfaeep and cattle. Cattle were hard to quit owing to owners' reserves being rather high, but all sheep sold readily. We quote —Bullocks £ll 10s to £l2, prime wefhers 22a 3d to 22s 6d, good wethers 20s 6d to 20s Bd, maiden ewes and wethers 19s, maiden ewes IBs 6d, best ewes J9s 9d, good ewes 18s to 19a, lighter sorts 17s 6d, beat lambs 16s 6d to 17s, good lambs 15s 2d to 153 lOd, light lambs 14a'7d.
