The Union Bank has declared a dividend of 10 per cent, per annum and a bonus of 2 per cent, for the half year, making a total of 14 per cent, per annum. The directors have appropriated .£IB,OOO to meet interest on new shares, added £30,000 to the reserve fund, and carried forward £44,000.
