TANGO IN LONDON.
A POPULAR VOTE. London, Wednesday. An exhibition of the tango was given yesterday afternoon by the management of the Queen's Theatre, invitations being given to the leaders of society who object to the dance to be present and watch the pro gramme. A variety of tango dances was given before a large audience, which did not, however, include the leading ho&tesses. Eath spectator waa asked to express his or her candid opinion. Of the cards collected, 21 declared the dances immodest, while 731 thought they were not.
