SCOTCH AND ENGLISH LAW. By Telegraph..—Press Association.—Copyright Received this day, 10.55 a.m. London, Tuesday. The widow of Sir Edward Moss, music hall proprietor, is contesting the will. She claims by her rights under Scotch law, the will gives her an income of a third part of the residuary estate, which is about £150,000. The trustees maintain Sir Edward Moss had an English domicile.
