The child was kept under observation during the night, and a doctor was sent for, but the messenger wag unable to get a medical man, and at halfpast four this morning the child died. It is surmised that the cause of the child's death was some sort of poisoning, as the result of eating some of the berries that were seen in his hands just before he exhibited symptoms of illne. I
