Sir, —'Would you kindly allow me space to point out to your correspondent, "New Chum," that the Te Kuiti Ratepayers' and Citizens' Association recently formed, has a 9 one of its object a the beautifying of the town, and! vve have now under consideration in conjunction with the Domain Committee, a scheme in connection with Arbor Day, when we hope to get loyal public support in our efforts to further beautify the town.
