HEAVY DAMAGESS CLAIMED. [llY TELKGRAPII.—rB.I-.SS ASSOCIATION.] Napier, Saturday. The picture film case Fuller and Haywards against Thompson and Payne was concluded yesterday, the jury disagreeing. Judgment was entered on admission for £2l 12s lid. A new trial is to be granted if the parties fail to agree as to the remainder of the claim of £5273 6s Bd, special damages for breach of contract.
