WAIKATO CENTRAL SHOW

The Waikato Central .Show, to be held at Cambridge on Thursday and Friday next, promises to be one of the most interesting yet held, In the hunting events several well-known horses are coming from outside the Auckland province and the competition is likely to be exceptionally keen. In the cattle classes several groups of imported animals will be on the ground, particularly some Holsteins owned by Mr Newton King, New Flymouth. Mr Arthur Close, Northern Wairoa, and Mr John Allen, of Waingaro, are both exhibiting some exceptionally high-class Komneyrams. The new buildings, which are now completed, are line structures, and will be a great boon to both the exhibitors and the public. The grounds are in splendid order, and it is confidently anticipated there will be a record attendance.
