WAGES LOST IN POST.
[MY TKLKUIIAI'II.—I'RKSfS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, This Day. On Monday morning £2OO was sent by mail in rotes to pay the wages of the men employed in the Mountain King and Handsworth mines at Kuaotuna. News was received yesterday that the money *was missing. The numbers of the notes were taken and the letters duly registered.
