Mr Ken Auld, of the National Bank, Hokitika, is in Reefton on his annual holiday.
Mr H. W. McConchie has been appointed relieving teacher of the Brack's Point school, and will arrive in Reefton to-morrow evening.
The deith took place at Greymotrh yesterday, of Mrs Margaret Bo ler. at the age ol 85 vears. The deceased w * a native of Lancashire. *nci arrived in the Dominion in 186? s She leaves a family of six d ,ng!j er and four sons.
Mr FJ E Elliston left this morning for Christchurch to meet his brother, Leslie, who is returning from the Chathum Islands, where for the last three years he has b Superintendent of the Radio Station, and has now been to the position of SupsrT isorof the Wellington wireless station.
