ON TERMS ADVISED BY MINERS' LEADERS OTHER MINES TO BE OPENED SYDNEY, Last night. The Premier, Mr Bavin, announced,, after Cabinet, today, that preparations are almost complete for the opening of Rothbury colliery, on terms which, tihe minors' loaders advised the men t© accept. Steps are also being taken to secure the opening of other mines. STRIKE POLICY MEETING OF MINERS' DELEGATES 'SYDNEY, Last night. Delegates of all miners' lodges meet at Newcastle tomorrow to formulate a policy for continuance of the strike in accordance wii'hh the resolution of aggregate meetings. j Government to Man Rothbury Mine The Dole to be Refused Reed 10 sam Sydney, This day The Rothbury miners, who decline to work under the terms recommended by the Union leaders, will be refused the dole by the Government. The same course will be followed with the other mines if the Govern ment takes them over. Cabinet intends to man Rothbury mine forthwith, and it is expected coal hewing will start early next week.
