Per Press Asoociation.— Copyright, Stdniy, NoV 1. Several Sydney papers recently reported the a'lival ef Oar! Hardiwiolr, who had just completed a tour of New Zealand. They gave his loidship'a impressions about tba aolonies and their society, and they apparently accepted his introduction. The police arrested Hirry Pitcher, alias Carl Hardwick, on a charge cf imposing oo a leading jo seller. Other similar chirgQ3 are allowed to be ponding.
