ACCIDENT WITH AXE
BOY CUTTING FIREWOOD
TOE AMPUTATED AT HOSPITAL An unfortunate accident happened to a son of Mr S. Blades of Kaimarama recently. The lad was cutting firewood and cut his toe badly. He was taken by car from' Whitianga to Thames Hospital, where he had the toe amputated. His progress is satisfactory.
