EVENING AT HAHEI

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION VERY ENJOYABLE FUNCTION On Saturday evening, November 6, a very enjoyable evening was spent at Hahei by a large number of local residents in order to celebrate Mr W. Harsant’s birthday. The evening’s Entertainment took the form of cards, table tennis and dancing for the young folk, music being provided by Mr T. iPiera and Mr W. Hamilton. Several items were also given by Mr L. Simon who demonstrated, a Maori war dance and Miss P. Simon, who gave several vocal numbers.
